York Designer Outlet

As part of a refurbishment by McArthurGlen on their York Designer Outlet shopping centre Working Environments was tasked to assist with the loose furniture package for the new seating areas created throughout the mall. Working alongside RAWLS retail designers the breif was to assist with the specifaction, sampling, ordering and installation process. The mall has been redesigned to give the feeling of two distinct areas with a different collection of furniture in each. Each collection has been laid out in a number of different configurations at intervals throughout the mall. With each zone being made up of a sofa unit a armchair a number alow level units a coffee table a bin and a planter. 

One collection of furniture was based around the Arper Loop sofa and included the Colina armchair, Pix units. Whilst the other was based around the Joyce system from Wittman, alongside the Oyster chair and pouf as well as a bespoke Ottoman. All coffee tables were supplied by Pedrali.
