Flexible Office Workspace

In 2022 WE completed a redesign of a number of spaces in an office in Thames Ditton to make the spaces brighter and more inviting for a return to the office after Covid.

As well as dividing areas WE wanted to create different styles of area for different ways of Agile working. 

One area utilised a Rotating lounger as a central flexible feature in the office with a seat box unit for video conferencing and private working.  We also introduced colourful bespoke lockers and acoustic Nomad screens for existing desks.

In space 2 we installed a 6 person open meeting pod with bespoke green covering to create some central interest with flexible meeting space. We also instroduced soft seating, a Nook pod and a Hush Twin pod for cost effective video conference space. Morph walls were used with an acoustic covering to  help divide space and create more private areas.

In the final space WE created spaces for mobile tables and again used Morph walls with acoustic coverings to screen off the kitchen area. High back seating and zonal shelving were used to create different work areas and styles.
