Morph Midi Walls
Morph Midi walls are purpose built dividers and walls ideal for fast construction and decommission, for flexible uses and spaces, with excellent stability.
The walls can be used for presentations, events and to create zones. Designs can incorporate the colours available in Morph Bio bricks and the same blocks can be transformed into furniture products from table bases to stools (see the Mondrian style design in the images), offering a fully adaptable product for differing needs across multiple spaces.
Blocks of varying sizes but a consistent depth of 3 single bricks are created using Morph bricks (see component parts for a typical wall in images), put together in a brick formation to give a strong large Midi block. The blocks are made from Morph RE, 100% recycled ABS plastic or Morph Bio, made from bio composite material.
The walls can be constructed and deconstructed by one person in a matter of minutes, watch a deconstruction on YouTube which took just seven minutes. Here you can see both single and double blocks and how they interlock.
Midi Wall CAD models in the 3D warehouse for Sketchup or pCon can be found here.
Morph is a new concept modular construction system made from either 100% recycled ABS plastic or Bio composite and both are 100% recyclable. The recycled ABS is from old car parts and is available in black, the Bio is made from wood pulp and post consumer vegetable oil and is a carbon negative material and this option is available coloured. The core components (single block, double block, base and top section) are injection moulded. Lightweight and strong with a uniquely designed male to female click connection system, combinations of components are assembled into multiple product designs.
