DKX & DKR Wire Chairs
The DKX & DKR wire chairs by Charles and Ray Eames are a variation on the organically shaped one piece seat shell. The design gives a fantastically light feeling to the chair. The DKR and DKX wire chairs are available without upholstery, with a simple seat pad, or with the distinctive shaped seat and back upholstery (often referred to as “Bikini”). the DKX wire chair is the four-legged version and the DKR wire chair is the more complex R wire base.
