Casta Lounge Chair
The design for the Casta Lounge Chair is taken from the castanet, the iconic Spainish percussion instrument.
Designed by EstudiHac, the Casta’s simple structure is a departure from the historic heavy look of an armchair. The fabric of the Casta has been specially tested and selected in order to eliminate the need for elastic webbing. The contrast of the textile against the black matt finished metal structure is used to evoke the memory of the castanet.
