Amoebe collection

In 1970 Verner Panton created the Amoebe chair for his famous Visiona installation, which introduced several versions of this lounge piece. The Amoebe exemplifies the vivacious spirit of the early 1970s. The flexible back shell and the sumptuous upholstered surfaces offer luxury and comfort.

The Amoebe Highback version of the chair adds a sculptural canopy that curves stylishly over the sitter’s head. This striking feature gives the sitter a sense of security and privacy.

Both chair versions are available in a variety of brightly coloured fabric covers.
